Elaine Graham grew up in Ottawa and began organ studies with Godfrey Hewitt in the late 1970s. She was awarded a Senate Scholarship to pursue a B.Mus. at Western University, and graduated with the university gold medal (musicology) in 1985. She subsequently earned an M.A. (Musicology), also at Western. Throughout both degrees, she studied

She was awarded a Senate Scholarship to pursue a B.Mus. at Western University, and graduated with the university gold medal (musicology) in 1985. She subsequently earned an M.A. (Musicology), also at Western. Throughout both degrees, she studied organ with Hugh McLean, winning the Sherwood Fox organ prize in her fourth year. After earning a B.A. (French) and B.Ed. in 1989, she started her teaching career with the Ottawa Carleton District School Board, and was appointed Music Director at McLeod-Stewarton United Church (now Centretown United). She was awarded the gold medal for her Associate Diploma (ARCT) in organ performance with the Royal Conservatory of Music in the mid 1990s. Elaine is currently music director at St. Mark’s Anglican Church. She has accompanied the Canadian Centennial Choir and several other choirs in concert, and is delighted to join the West Ottawa Ladies’ Chorus

Jennifer Dixon has been a proud member of the Canadian Military Wives Choir in Ottawa since its inaugural year. Her most memorable performances include singing at the opening ceremonies for the Invictus Games, the Service for the Families of the Fallen in the Senate chambers, and the national anthem at an Ottawa Senators game. She has always had a love of music. Growing up in Nova Scotia, music was always a part of her life, from guitars by the campfire to the occasional karaoke performance. Jennifer currently resides in Stittsville with her husband, two teenage children, and her dog Milo.

Currently, she works at Western Ottawa's EarlyON Child and Family Centre, where she facilitates family drop-in programs, leads educational workshops, and hosts lively musical storytime sessions for children aged 0-6 years old. Additionally, Erin serves as the volunteer director of the children’s
Erin Berard is an educator at heart. Currently, she works at Western Ottawa's EarlyON Child and Family Centre, where she facilitates family drop-in programs, leads educational workshops, and hosts lively musical storytime sessions for children aged 0-6 years old. Additionally, Erin serves as the volunteer director of the children’s and youth choirs at BCUC where she and her family are active members. Erin has been playing flute since the age of 12, participating in the Perth Citizen's Band, performing solos for weddings and other events, and accompanying choral performances. She is excited to join the West Ottawa Ladies Chorus for this occasion!
